Please read the policy, conditions, and process carefully, as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any hire you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise on our products and services listings.
Refund policy for editing services
We offer a refund only for duplicate and excess payments. There is no refund if an article is rejected after our editing due to whatever reason. If your article is rejected after our editing (subject to an unaltered submission to the journal) solely due to poor English - there should not be any other technical reason or weakness in the study, pointed by the journal reviewer/editor - we may provide free re-editing.
Furthermore, to qualify for free re-editing, the manuscript must be edited completely, including figure and table legends, the reported data (presented in tables and figures), references, etc. If a manuscript is partially edited, e.g., references are excluded, the excluded part may contain errors and might lead to a consequent rejection.
We highly recommend all new clients to take a trial before going for complete editing.
Refund policy for publishing service
There is no refund once your article/book is published or accepted for publications.
Cancellation Policy for Editing Services
A cancellation will only be allowed if the wrong file has been sent for editing.

The replacement of the file after the start of editing is subjected to a cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee is equal to the editing fee of the part that has been edited.
