Payment: Modes, Terms & Conditions

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, PayPal, paper checks (UK: cheque), electronic checks (UK: cheque), bank orders, demand draft, electronic fund transfers, wire transfers, NEFT (national electronic fund transfer), and western union.
There is no additional fee if you pay online via credit card, debit card, and PayPal.

There is no additional fee if you pay by paper checks (UK: cheque), electronic checks (UK: cheque), bank orders, demand draft, electronic fund transfers, wire transfers, and western union to our personal bank account (account name: an individual person in India).

There would be a 20 USD additional fee if you pay by paper checks (UK: cheque), electronic checks (UK: cheque), bank orders, demand draft, electronic fund transfers, and wire-transfers to our business bank account in India (account name: “SCI EDIT PUBLICATIONS, account in INDIA).

There would be a 150 USD additional fee if you pay by paper checks (UK: cheque), electronic checks (UK: cheque), bank orders, demand draft, electronic fund transfers, and wire-transfers to our business bank account in the USA (account name: “SCI EDIT PUBLICATIONS, account in the USA).

​We do not have an explicit policy regarding whether the payment will be collected in advance or after editing. We take this decision discriminately every time for each manuscript considering the length of the manuscript, current workload, selected payment method, total debt, whether a client is new or returning, and past experience with a returning client. The decision can vary depending on the prevailing circumstances and does not reflect the credibility of a client.
Once a manuscript is submitted, we might start working on it immediately; if you withdraw later, the fee would be payable for the part which has already been edited.
If you select Express service by mistake, the fee for express service will be payable if you do not cancel immediately
